Job Description

  • Proven background in senior finance leadership roles, such as Finance Manager, Senior Accounts Manager or a high‑performing Assistant FM
  • Advanced, hands‑on capability with Simpro and Xero - essential for this role
  • Experience within construction, M&E or other project‑driven sectors
  • Deep understanding of job costing, WIP management and cashflow forecasting
  • Highly organised, commercially astute and proactive in approach
  • Confident partnering with senior leadership and contributing to strategic decisions
  • Takes full ownership of responsibilities rather than simply processing tasks



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within the property industry.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Experience in budget management and forecasting processes.
