Job Description

  • Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
  • Ownership of month end processes.
  • Preparing management accounts.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
  • Monitor cash flow and identify potential financial risks or opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Manager should have:

  • Be qualified by experience or ACCA/CIMA finalist.
  • Proven experience in accounting and finance roles, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
