Job Description

  • Prepare and oversee financial reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to optimise financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts.
  • Support external audits by preparing required documentation and liaising with auditors.
  • Oversee the implementation of financial controls and processes to minimise risk.
  • Lead and mentor a small team within the accounting and finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A recognised qualification in accounting or finance - Preferred ACA BIG 4
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with financial software and tools.
  • The ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
