Job Description

  • Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Supervise and support the accounting team to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
