As a Finance Manager in the Not for Profit Sector, you'll oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. This role is key to supporting the accounting and finance department and helping the organisation run smoothly.

Job Description

The role of the Finance Manager is critical in the success of the financial reporting and transactional reporting of this Not for Profit organisationThe role will include;

  • Management of a small team covering production of the month end, year end and some transactional services.
  • oversee the statutory reporting requirements
  • Act as the technical Finance Business Partner to internal stakeholders.
  • develop better processes and controls across finance
  • Manage ad hoc projects as they arise



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
  • Proven experience staff management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
