My client is looking for someone to lead operations and bring external accounts in house for a start up business, and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and streamline systems. This is a fantastic role for someone who has lead centralisation of end to end accounts in the past and wants to be in an always evolving role. My client is know for providing a flexible working environment that encourages development and long term advancement of their employees.Job DescriptionManage and control day-to-day financial operationsOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable functionsIdentify opportunities for transformation and process improvementSupport in preparing month management accounts and present information to internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making processes.Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial workflows and processes.Monitor cash flow and manage financial risk effectively.Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.The Successful ApplicantPrevious experience in a similar end to end accounts role.
