Financial Controller

As Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Leading the Carlisle Finance function
• Shape financial strategy in collaboration with Group Finance and the leadership team.
• Foster a culture of financial control, customer focus, and continuous improvement across all sub‑functions.
• Ensure clear accountability and segregation of duties across the team.
• Own month‑end close, ledger integrity, balance sheet controls, and reconciliations.
• Oversee accurate fee income recognition.
• Deliver timely, accurate management accounts with meaningful analysis and insight.
• Own local budgeting and forecasting activity, working closely with Group.
• Deliver all statutory financial statements for Carlisle entities.
• Manage the year‑end audit process, ensuring clean audits and efficient engagement with external auditors.
• Maintain robust documentation of key finance processes and controls.
• Lead, develop and mentor a multi‑disciplinary Finance team.
• Set objectives, support professional development, and build succession capability.
• Promote a high‑performance, collaborative culture with clear accountability.
