Job Description

  • Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards.
  • Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance for decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor a team within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency improvements.
  • Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives within the property sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Proven experience in financial management within the property industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
