Job Description

Lead treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity monitoring.
Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning activities.
Deliver monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management packs.
Provide commercial insight through profitability analysis and performance reporting.
Manage P&L processes including accruals, provisions, and financial controls.
Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting, and control processes.
Develop and enhance financial KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Coordinate with central finance, treasury, and commercial teams.
Support financial governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

The Successful Applicant

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
Strong experience in financial control, month-end, and year-end reporting.
Proven treasury, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and forecasting expertise.
Strong commercial finance and profitability analysis skills.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate financial data into commercial insights.
Proactive approach with a focus on process improvement and financial control.
Experience within automotive finance, leasing, or financial services is advantageous.
Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
