Job Description

  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support organisational planning.
  • Monitor cash flow and financial performance, providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Supervise the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support.
  • Strong technical understanding of audit requirements.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Professional accounting qualifications, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Housing experience is desirable
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to analyse financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders

  • Salary ranging from £65,500 to £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
