Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Supervise and support the finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure effective financial planning.
  • Work closely with external auditors and other third parties when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and expertise in financial reporting.
  • Proven experience in managing financial operations and leading a finance team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
