Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the company's financial planning and analysis activities.
  • Prepare and present detailed budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities or risks.
  • Support the senior management team with financial modelling and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Planning and Analysis Manager should have:

  • Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • A relevant qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
