Job Description

You will lead the delivery of know-how and knowledge services to the Financial Services Regulatory team, working closely with partners and senior fee earners to enhance the group's offering and support its continued growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, maintaining and enhancing market-leading know-how, precedents and guidance
  • Driving knowledge-sharing to ensure consistency and technical excellence across the team
  • Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and translating them into practical insights
  • Supporting fee earners on complex technical queries and emerging legal issues
  • Leading and delivering strategic knowledge projects and initiatives
  • Encouraging the use of legal technology, including AI tools
  • Building strong internal relationships to align knowledge delivery with client needs

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Excellent academic background
  • Ideally 7-10 years' PQE within Financial Services Regulatory
  • Experience gained at a leading private practice law firm
  • Strong knowledge of UK and EU financial regulation, including FCA and PRA frameworks
  • Experience across asset management, investment funds, and financial institutions
  • Exposure to knowledge or professional support work is advantageous but not essential
  • Commercially aware with strong organisational and project management skills
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
