We are seeking a B2B Sales Exec. This role focuses on sourcing, pitching, and closing B2B partnerships with SMEs that regularly face small‑claim‑type disputes. You will help build the sales pipeline, deliver demos, and support the commercial strategy while working closely with the founding team.

Job Description

  • Research and identify SME and mid‑market businesses with recurring dispute or litigation exposure.
  • Build and maintain a high‑quality, multi‑industry B2B sales pipeline.
  • Support and deliver tailored product demos and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with product and operations to refine the B2B offering and onboarding workflow.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Track KPIs and maintain CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar).
  • Provide regular revenue and pipeline reporting to the founders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful B2B Sales Exec should have:

  • 0-2 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Strong interest in SaaS, legal‑tech, or high‑growth startup environments.
  • Results‑driven mindset with eagerness to build commercial skills.
  • Willingness to learn negotiation skills and manage commercial conversations end‑to‑end.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with understanding of pricing models, ROI, and unit economics.
  • Familiarity with outbound campaigns (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email).

  • 8% uncapped commission on net revenue generated from clients you close.
