Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes for the organisation.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance and identify key trends.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance.
  • Support budgeting and cost management initiatives across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the infrastructure space.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost management processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is essential.
