Job Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end export order process, from initial receipt through to final dispatch, ensuring precision and regulatory compliance throughout.
  • Compile and manage all necessary export documentation.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to organise international shipments in accordance with Incoterms, customs regulations, and client specifications.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with international customers at every stage of the order lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and logistics partners to ensure efficient and seamless export order management.
  • Generate and evaluate export-related reports, forecasts, and data using Excel and internal systems.



The Successful Applicant

A successful French Speaking Customer Support & Export Coordinator should have:

  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience within the industrial/manufacturing sector or a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior administrative experience, preferably involving order entry or order processing.
  • Experience with SAP or Salesforce systems.
