FS Regulatory Paralegal

The Paralegal will support the Financial Services Regulatory team across a range of advisory and transactional matters. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and local counsel, conducting legal and factual research, assisting with regulatory filings, preparing draft documentation, managing project logistics, and contributing to know-how, training materials, and business development initiatives. The role involves regular interaction with lawyers and external contacts and requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
