Job Description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in both German and English.
  • Provide support and solutions to customer queries relating to products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the industrial/manufacturing product range.
  • Deliver a high level of service that aligns with company standards and values.

The Successful Applicant

A successful German Speaking Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Fluency in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM tools.
  • An understanding of the industrial/manufacturing sector would be an advantage.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
