Job Description

  • Prepare and consolidate financial statements in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Providing audit support
  • Group Consolidations and reporting
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and financial risks.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Accountant should have:

  • Professional qualifications in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting and consolidation.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
