Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to senior management.
  • Lead and develop the accounting and finance team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, including working capital management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
  • Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group FC should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
  • Proven experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong Excel and PowerBI skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Leadership skills to manage and develop a finance team effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
