They have built a collaborative, forward-thinking culture where people are encouraged to contribute ideas, challenge processes and make a genuine impact.Job DescriptionLeading monthly and annual group consolidations across multiple entities.Preparing statutory financial statements under IFRS and UK GAAP.Managing intercompany reconciliations and consolidation adjustments.Supporting board reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities.Owning group cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.Managing treasury activities, including foreign exchange and banking relationships.Coordinating corporation tax and other compliance submissions with external advisers.Maintaining robust financial controls, governance frameworks and audit processes.Acting as the key contact for external auditors.Producing technical accounting papers and supporting financial control reviews.Line managing one team member.Supporting senior leadership with analysis, insights and continuous improvement initiatives.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong technical accounting expertise and experience operating within a group reporting environment, available to start in September or October.
