Following recent investment, the organisation is entering a new phase of expansion, creating a pivotal role for a Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.Job DescriptionAs Group FP&A Manager, you will act as the strategic connection between finance and operations, ensuring business decisions are supported by robust financial analysis, forecasting and performance insight.Key responsibilities will include:Leading the Group's budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.Partnering with senior operational leaders to translate strategic objectives into measurable financial outcomes.Delivering monthly performance analysis against forecast, including variance analysis, cash flow forecasting and KPI reporting.Producing consolidated Group management reporting for senior leadership.Providing commercial insight and recommendations to improve growth, profitability, margins and cash generation.Supporting strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis.Driving improvements in reporting, planning, controls and performance management processes.The Successful ApplicantYou will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
