Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic benefits and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
  • Evaluate existing programmes to ensure they meet employee needs and align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of health and wellbeing.
  • Manage relationships with external benefits providers and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Analyse data and trends to inform decision-making and improve programme effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to the HR team on benefits and wellbeing matters.
  • Lead communication and engagement initiatives to promote benefit offerings and wellbeing resources.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Benefits and Wellbeing should have:

  • Proven expertise in human resources with a focus on benefits and wellbeing programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of the business services industry and associated practices.
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation within a large organisation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in analysing data to drive informed decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
