Job Description

We are seeking a commercially minded, execution‑driven leader for the Head of Change and Process, playing a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of growth for a fast‑scaling business. You will lead the delivery of client‑specific change initiatives, translating partner requirements into scalable operational processes, ensuring seamless integration across field operations, customer journeys, systems and back‑office functions, and acting as the key connector between commercial, operational and technical teams.

Alongside client delivery, you will own the broader strategic transformation agenda. This includes defining and prioritising the change roadmap, driving digital platform evolution, ensuring effective delivery for digital squads, and identifying new growth opportunities such as the application of AI. You will bring governance, structure and discipline to a high growth environment, helping us build the processes and capabilities required to scale with pace and impact.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a commercially astute, operationally grounded leader who combines strategic vision with the discipline of a true completer‑finisher. Highly visible across the organisation, you will take ownership of identifying the change required to meet evolving customer needs, translating this into clear process and system requirements, and ensuring those changes are delivered and embedded at pace. This is a role for someone who is energised by complexity, comfortable in the detail, and motivated by making tangible operational impact.

You will bring a track record of leading transformation within fast‑paced, scaling environments, with the confidence to operate across commercial, operational and technical domains. Alongside strong programme and project leadership, you will demonstrate the ability to matrix‑manage digital squads, shaping priorities and ensuring cross‑functional delivery aligns with operational realities. Above all, you will bring a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindse, someone who brings structure where needed, protects pace, and ensures change lands fully into BAU.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience leading change, transformation or operations in a fast‑growth environment
  • Strong commercial and operational expertise, able to balance partner needs, customer outcomes and business priorities
  • A hands‑on delivery approach, operating strategically while remaining close to execution and detail
  • End‑to‑end process and system design experience, with the ability to move initiatives through from concept to embed
  • Experience working across operations, commercial and technology teams, acting as a connective, simplifying force
  • Confidence and skill in matrix‑managing digital squads, ensuring delivery is aligned, effective and business‑ready
  • A structured yet agile problem‑solver who thrives in ambiguity and brings clarity without adding unnecessary complexity
  • A resilient "get‑it‑done" mindset and accountability for outcomes in a highly visible leadership role
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence credibly at all levels of the organisation
