  • Hybrid role supporting a key project & working closely with the CFO.

Job Description

  • Manage financial planning and analysis to support commercial objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Provide financial insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental targets.
  • Present financial findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Commercial Finance should have:

  • Strong experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in presenting financial data to senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in team leadership and mentoring.
  • Previous experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
