Job Description

  • Lead the accounting and finance department, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with regulations.

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven expertise in financial leadership within the healthcare or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
  • Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
