Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives.
  • Manage the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and financial legislation.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.

  • Drive improvements in financial processes and systems for greater efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) or QBE.
