Job Description

The activation of a new behavioural segmentation framework across the business

Turning insight into real-world customer strategies that drive growth, retention and profitability

Defining what customer value means and making it measurable

Building lifecycle and contact strategies that are smart, segmented and test-driven

Partnering closely with senior leadership to influence investment, priorities and direction

Creating a culture where decisions are driven by customer behaviour

The Successful Applicant

A senior customer strategy leader

Someone who knows how to turn data and segmentation into outcomes

Strong commercial instincts with the ability to connect customer behaviour to revenue

Experience working with analytics partners, agencies or consultancies

Comfortable leading through ambiguity and transformation

Confident communicator who can bring senior stakeholders with them
