Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations across retail, leisure, and hospitality functions.
  • Lead and manage key projects to enhance business performance.
  • Plan and execute events throughout the year
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery across all areas.
  • Collaborate with teams to align goals and strategies.
  • Monitor budgets and financial performance within your remit.
  • Analyse operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Retail, Leisure & Hospitality should have:

  • Proven experience in managing retail, leisure, or hospitality operations.
  • Strong project management and event planning skills.
  • Sound knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team development abilities.
  • Ability to analyse data and drive operational improvements.
