Job Description

Manage the Supply Chain function from end to end: Procurement, Supply & Demand Planning, Inventory management and Logistics.
Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage relationships with suppliers and Co-Manufacturing partners: negotiate contracts to secure the best value.
Lead the logistics team to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
Monitor key performance indicators to identify and address areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all supply chain activities.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Supply Chain should have:

A strong background in the FMCG industry, particularly in supply chain management.
Proven experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies.
Excellent leadership skills to manage and inspire teams effectively.
Exceptional negotiation and supplier management abilities.
Proficiency in analysing data and using it to drive decision-making.
Strong knowledge of compliance requirements within the FMCG sector.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
