The company is a well-established and respected organisation within the manufacturing industry, which is going through a business carve out and is going on an exciting journey. It is based in Greater London and reports to the senior finance leadership team with a lot of international exposure

Job Description

  • The Head of Treasury will develop and implement treasury operations in a brand new environment
  • Oversee cash flow management and forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity, responsible for building a cash flow model
  • Manage financial risks, including currency and interest rate exposures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Lead relationships with financial institutions and external stakeholders.
  • Optimise capital structure and funding strategies alongside the PE owner
  • Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management.
  • Assess and implement treasury systems for the division to reach operational goals
  • Supervise and develop a high-performing treasury team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Treasury should have:

  • Proven expertise in a corporate treasury environment.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, financial risk, and corporate finance.
  • Strong ability to get involved and lead by example in treasury tasks
  • Experience in leading and developing teams effectively.
  • Ideally will have experience in a new build treasury environment and/or a PE backed business
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.
