About Our Client

We're partnering with a leading global consumer healthcare organisation to recruit a Healthcare Professional Consultant responsible for engaging dental healthcare professionals across Kent/Sussex OR Milton Keynes/Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to combine scientific credibility, relationship management, and commercial influence within a market-leading portfolio of oral healthcare products. As a key member of the field team, you'll work closely with dental professionals to deliver educational support, share clinical evidence, and drive advocacy within your territory.

Job Description

As a Healthcare Professional Consultant, you will:

  • Build and develop strong relationships with dentists, dental hygienists, dental therapists, and practice teams.
  • Deliver engaging product and clinical education presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Execute territory plans to maximise customer engagement and business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to influence recommendation and usage of market-leading oral healthcare brands.
  • Organise and support educational meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Analyse territory performance and customer insights to optimise activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Manage your territory effectively, balancing existing accounts and new business opportunities.



The Successful Applicant

We're keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing ability.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously in a field-based role.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Degree-level education or relevant healthcare/dental experience.



Desirable

  • Experience within dental, oral healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer healthcare or FMCG sectors.
  • Previous territory sales or account management experience.
  • Clinical knowledge or experience working within a dental environment.
  • Experience delivering training, education, or customer presentations.



Based on patch: Oxford/Milton Keynes OR Kent/Sussex
