As a Housing Administrator, you'll play a key role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support housing operations with repairs, complaints and tenant queries. Your work will ensure processes run smoothly, contributing to the overall efficiency of the business services sector.

Job Description

  • Maintain accurate records and update housing databases regularly.
  • Handle incoming enquiries and provide timely responses to tenants and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and process documentation related to housing applications and agreements.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings or inspections as needed.
  • Monitor and track housing-related payments and invoices.
  • Support the team with general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies in all housing operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Housing Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role in the not-for-profit industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including databases and spreadsheets.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
