They are a well known hospitality group, with a head office in central London.

Job Description

  • Manage employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with on-boarding for new hires, including preparing contracts and conducting inductions.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate training sessions and track attendance and compliance.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team for various projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

You will:

  • Be looking to start a career in HR and be passionate about this
  • Either have an HR degree and seeking to start in this field. Or you may have admin and office experience and are looking to start a long term HR career
  • Have at some point worked in a really fast paced environment such as hospitality or retail and be have gained a customer focused mindset. You may have gained this work experience whilst studying, a while ago or recently. It is just about having a very customer focused mindset.

What's on Offer

  • Salary between £27,000 and £32,000, dependent on the candidate
  • Discretionary performance-based bonus.
  • 25 days of annual leave.
