They are currently actively recruiting for a HR Advisor to act as the main point of contact for circa 300 employees, providing guidance and support on the HR lifecycle, in particular with high volume Employee Relations cases. You will be working closely alongside the HR Business Partner who will offer support with any cases that require escalation. This is a hybrid role, covering the Northern Home Counties (Essex, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire) so candidates must be comfortable with travelling.
