The role offers exposure to a broad range of HR activity, although a significant proportion of the workload will be focused on employee relations and case management.The role requires 2 days onsite in Wolverhampton (Thursday is a mandatory day).Job DescriptionWorking closely with HR Business Partners and senior HR colleagues, you'll provide advice across a broad range of people matters including employee relations, absence management, disciplinary and grievance cases, performance management, recruitment, and employment legislation. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships, support organisational initiatives, and help drive best practice across the business.Key responsibilities include:Providing first-line HR advice to managers and employees.Managing and supporting employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence matters.Coaching managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.Supporting recruitment, onboarding, right-to-work checks, and UKVI processes.Working collaboratively with Trade Union representatives.Producing HR reports and management information.Supporting organisational change and people-focused projects.Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.The Successful ApplicantWe're looking for someone who can confidently balance operational HR support with excellent stakeholder management skills.
