  • Support and manage change initiatives in a matrix environment to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with managers to address workforce planning and succession planning needs.
  • Advise on performance management processes and career development strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters within the Financial Services industry.

The Successful Applicant

The successful HR Business Partner - Vice President will have:

  • Strong recent and consistent experience in human resources within the Financial Services industry. (FCA Regulated a must)
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organisational structure.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in analysing HR data and providing actionable insights.
  • A relevant degree or professional HR qualification.
