Job Description

A HR Business Partner to:

  • Work collaboratively with the HR Director in transforming the HR function and establish a more strategic business partnering model
  • Support with the implementation of a new HR and Payroll System
  • Drive organisation change
  • Be a strong partner to your client group during a time of growth
  • Coach and advise the wider business on HR best practice and solutions
  • Lead on employee relation casework in collaboration with the wider team
  • Use data to provide recommendations and inform decisions
  • Operational and Strategic activities
  • Lead on change management and restructures if required

The Successful Applicant

An HR Business Partner with:

  • Previous HR Partnering experience
  • Previous experience leading complex ER casework
  • Ability to use data to influence decisions
  • Open to all sectors
