About Our Client

You'll be supporting two sites for this heavily matrix organisation - your home office will be based in High Wycombe with regular travel to Leicestershire. You will be the only member of the HR team supporting these sites, so ability to work in an autonomous fashion is necessary! However, you will be supported by a large & friendly HR team who are regionally based. The company is known for its forward-thinking approach and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.

Job Description

The HR Business Partner will:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organisational change.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify workforce needs and talent development opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on HR policies and best practices.
  • Lead HR projects to support business transformation and change initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and productive workplace culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance own workload.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver practical HR solutions.
  • Experience with HR systems and data analysis.
  • CIPD Level 5
