Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects the accountancy team is looking or additional support.

Job Description

  • Support the delivery of HR and learning initiatives across the organisation.
  • Coordinate training sessions and development programmes for employees.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote a positive workplace culture.
