The business was created to provide small and medium sized companies with a cost-effective method of managing their Health & Safety obligations and due to expansion they are looking to expand their consultant head count.Job DescriptionThis is a key role within the organisation and involves providing competent safety advice to their range of keys clients, throughout Scotland.The successful candidate will carry out H&S audits, provide accurate, proportionate advice and guidance on compliance requirements and best practice. This can include writing risk assessments, developing safe systems of work, and advising on practical requirements and training options.Responsibilities and Duties· Manage your client base and arrange support visits as per contractual requirements.· Carrying out audits and produce action plans to reflect.· Assisting the clients with the implementation of their action plan.· Updating the clients Online Health & Safety Management System.· Development of policies, processes and procedures in line with client requirements.The Successful ApplicantThey have a range of clients in many industries and therefore we are looking for candidates with a broad practical knowledge base, with minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
