Job Description

The successful candidate will work on a broad mix of advisory and transactional mandates, including:

  • Executive compensation arrangements
  • Equity and share‑based incentive plans
  • Remuneration structures for listed and private companies
  • Incentives aspects of M&A and private equity transactions
  • Corporate governance, disclosure, and regulatory compliance
  • Cross‑border incentive and compensation issues



You will collaborate closely with colleagues across corporate, tax, employment, regulatory, and international teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-4 PQE (or equivalent) in incentives, tax, employment, or corporate law
  • Strong technical grounding in compensation and incentives matters (open to candidates developing in this area)
  • Experience advising on incentives in a transactional context is advantageous
  • Excellent drafting skills and a strong analytical mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing demands
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
