As an Inclusion Administrator in the Not For Profit sector, you'll play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Job Description

  • SEND & EHCP Administration - Manage administrative processes relating to the identification, assessment, and review of students with SEND, including coordinating Annual Reviews, collating professional reports, and ensuring statutory deadlines are strictly met.
  • Data Management & Record Keeping - Maintain accurate, up-to-date student records, provision maps, and SEND registers on the school's Management Information System (MIS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR.
  • Handle correspondence and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Support the team with project planning and implementation tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to improving processes and workflows within the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Inclusion Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the UK educational sector.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team objectives.
