With a collaborative and student-focused culture, they offer a welcoming environment where professional development and excellent service are highly valued.Job DescriptionAssist with; The generation of invoices and credit notes, production and dispatch of automated / manual collection letters and emails, in accordance with agreed collections procedures, processes and timescales.Undertaking sales ledger, debt collection and income collection related administration processes, as determined by Income Manager / Head of Service.Assist with write off and refund processesCollaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the department.Support individuals in navigating financial systems and processes.Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality.Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations.The Successful ApplicantA successful Income Officer should have:Recent experience of an administration role within an income collection teamA good understanding of financial support and income management processes.Recent experience of working in accordance with income collection related procedures and policiesThe ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, Microsoft Excel, Word and TeamsProviding a professional service to internal/external customers, colleagues and 3rd parties at all timesWhat's on OfferAn hourly rate of £15.00-£17.00, dependent on the level of experience.The flexibility to work from home (wfh).A temporary position within the higher education sector.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
