The Influencer & Advocacy Manager will be one of the first hires and pivotal to the brand's success.The company is flat-structured, collaborative, innovative and creative, with a positive, team-play culture.Job DescriptionThe Influencer & Advocacy Manager is responsible for owning and scaling the influencer, creator, and advocacy ecosystem in the German market. This role goes beyond campaign delivery to shape how creators, communities, and advocacy drive brand growth, trust, and commercial performance across retail and digital channels.Key responsibilities include:* Reporting into the European Communications Director, you will own the end-to-end influencer and advocacy strategy for Germany, aligned to European brand and commercial objectives.* Define creator tiers, platform priorities, partnership models, and investment approach for the market.* Build scalable frameworks across paid creators, ambassadors, gifting, advocacy, and community programs.* Identify new creator formats and partnership models to support brand growth and differentiation.* Lead influencer and advocacy activity across product launches, retailer moments, and brand campaigns.* Partner closely with Social, Content, PR, Brand, Sales, and eCommerce teams to ensure aligned execution.* Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, makeup artists, experts, and community advocates.* Manage seeding and advocacy programs with a clear strategic and commercial lens.* Define and track KPIs across reach, engagement, content usage, advocacy impact, and commercial contribution.* Evaluate performance and use insight and data to optimise investment, improve effectiveness, and inform future planning.* Champion influencer thinking internally, raising the standard of earned and creator-led activity.The Successful ApplicantA successful Influencer and Advocacy Manager should:* Have strong experience in influencer marketing roles, with proven ownership and accountability.* Demonstrate experience owning influencer strategy at market level, not just executing campaigns.* Show deep understanding of the German and wider European influencer and talent landscape.* Have a passion for beauty and insight into beauty trends in the German market.* Have a proven ability to link influencer activity to brand outcomes, retail support, and commercial impact.* Experience managing creator contracts, budgets, compliance, and regulatory requirements.* Confident working cross-functionally with sales, shopper marketing, PR, and brand teams.* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments where processes are still being built.* Experience within beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or FMCG strongly preferred.* Be confident speaking business-level German and English.What's on OfferSalary up to 70k Euros per annumStatutory Health Insurance (GKV)PensionUnemployment InsuranceLong-Term Care InsuranceEmployer's Liability Insurance Association (Berufsgenossenschaft)ContactFrances MunnellyQuote job refJN-042026-7003253Phone number+442072692157Job summaryJob functionDigitalSubsectorSocial MediaSectorFMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)LocationInternationalContract typePermanentConsultant nameFrances MunnellyConsultant phone+442072692157Job referenceJN-042026-7003253
