Job Description

The Influencer Relations & PR Manager will:

  • Develop and execute integrated influencer and PR strategies across a portfolio of luxury beauty brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, creators, and industry partners.
  • Identify and secure impactful influencer collaborations and media opportunities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of brand launches, events, and PR activations.
  • Manage press office activity, including media enquiries and proactive outreach.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and developments within the creator economy.

The Successful Applicant

The successful The Influencer Relations & PR Manager will have:

  • Track record in PR, influencer marketing, talent relations, or a similar communications role.
  • Strong network within beauty, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle media and influencer communities.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful PR and influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of influencer metrics, social media platforms, and media evaluation tools.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management capabilities.
  • Creative, commercially minded, and proactive in approach.
