Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve any potential issues.
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Technology department to deliver infrastructure projects on time.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and changes accurately.
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Infrastructure Engineer should have:

  • Proven experience in infrastructure management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking principles.
  • Experience in system monitoring and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery best practices.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and compliance requirements.
