The firm also promotes flexible working, hybrid working, progression opportunities and tailored benefits as key elements of its employee proposition.Job DescriptionThe Intellectual Property Partner will be:Building and leading the firm's Intellectual Property practice, taking ownership of its continued growth.Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including trade marks, copyright, design rights, patents and licensing.Working closely with the corporate and commercial teams to identify opportunities and provide joined-up advice to existing clients.Developing strong relationships with businesses across a range of industries and acting as a trusted adviser on IP strategy and protection.Playing an active role in business development, profile raising and expanding the firm's IP client base.The Successful ApplicantThe Intellectual Property Partner should be:A solicitor or equivalent with significant PQE and a strong track record in Intellectual Property law.Experienced across a broad spectrum of IP matters, including trade marks, copyright, design rights, patents and licensing.Comfortable advising on both contentious and non-contentious IP matters.Commercially minded, with the confidence to build relationships and generate opportunities from existing and new clients.Capable of taking ownership of a specialist IP practice and driving its future development.Collaborative in approach and comfortable working alongside corporate and commercial lawyers to provide wider client solutions.What's on OfferThis is more than simply another Partner position.
