Job Description

  • Manage the preparation of accurate financial reports and statements.
  • Oversee budgeting processes and ensure adherence to financial plans.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to internal teams.
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting activities effectively.
  • Coordinate with auditors and address audit requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Group Finance Manager should have:

  • Strong experience in financial management within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • The ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
