Job Description

  • Manage the inbound planning process for stock deliveries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and freight partners to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
  • Monitor and update schedules to align with business priorities.
  • Identify and resolve any delivery or supply chain issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for inbound logistics activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast and plan stock requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Optimise processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Inbound Planning Manager should have:

  • Strong logistics and supply chain management skills.
  • Experience coordinating with suppliers and freight companies.
  • Good problem-solving abilities for handling delivery challenges.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
